- Cut a 6" x 12" sheet of DSP
- Cut 8 1" x 6" strips
- Turn your paper 90 degrees and cut 1 1"x4" strip
- Turn your paper back again and cut 4 1" x 5" strips
- Put snail adhesive on the end of each strip (except the 1 x 4)
- Fold each strip (except the 1 x 4) gently in half, make a small crease at the edge to give each loop a sharp point.
- cross the ends over at a slight angle forming the loop and press the adhesive to adhere
- Make the top loop with the 1" x 4" strip by just forming a circle
- use a small hole punch and punch a hole in the bottom of the top loop, then in each of the other 12 loops approx. 1/4" from the edge.
- Use a brad to assemble the layers starting with the center loop, then the 1" x 5" loops, then the 8 1" x 6" loops.
